How it works
Once you confirm your booking 1CarPark you can rest assured, your car will be in safe hands. We will now explain how our service works:
When you give us your car:
1º It is very important that if you fall behind or ahead of schedule that you call us and let us know. It is important for us to know when you will be arriving so that we can be waiting for you.
2º When you reach the main entrance of the train station, you will come across the taxi rank. Between the main entrance and the taxi rank there is a lane entry and exit for passengers. We will pick your car up here.
3º We will recognise you from the model and colour of your vehicle. You will recognise us by our distinctive lime green uniform and cap with the number one on it.
4º As soon as you sign the contract, we are responsible for the vehicle so the vehicle is covered by our insurance against all risks.
When 1CarPark returns your car:
1º Call us 15 minutes before you arrive in Malaga, telling us the make, model and colour of your vehicle and we will deliver it to you.
2º We commit to being at the meeting point with the vehicle at the agreed time.
3º This is when payment for the service will be rendered.
4º This is when we organise payment for the service.
